A local shopping center has changed hands, with The Village at Camp Bowie being sold to Edens, a company that owns numerous retail and mixed-use properties. The center, which has been in operation since its construction began in 1954, features a range of retailers and restaurants. The sale was arranged by JLL and marks a new addition to Edens' portfolio in Fort Worth.

Previously, the center was owned by Dunhill, a Dallas-based real estate firm, which purchased it in 2019. Further details about the sale and Edens' plans for The Village at Camp Bowie can be found through the Fort Worth Report.
