A Fort Worth resident has passed away. Bruce Aaron Arthurs, 64, died suddenly on July 31, 2026. He was born in Tarrant County and graduated from Western Hills High School in 1979.

Arthurs worked for the Fort Worth Police Department, supervising the Property and Evidence Department. He took pride in his work and was nearing his 25th year of service. His coworkers and officers meant a great deal to him.
