North Texans confused by mail-in ballot applications arriving with mistake on form

Voters are receiving forms to apply for mail-in ballots with a notable error. The forms have only four spaces for the eight-digit Texas driver's license number. Elections Administrator Sheri Nerren addressed concerns about these forms, stating they are legitimate applications sent by organizations trying to help certain groups vote.

These forms have been causing confusion, but Nerren notes that they are not fraudulent, despite initial concerns from voters and others.
